This is traditional English Neo-Renaissance. The study interior in a private residence vividly reflects Victorian classics. That was the era when interior decoration has became available to the middle class.
The study ceilings are luxuriously decorated with stained glass. Wallpaper with floral ornaments has been replaced by poplar root veneer panels. Floral ornaments are also present on textiles. Furniture upholstering and curtains correspond to the Neo-Victorian era.
The floor is laid with oak parquetry, which is elegantly complemented by a woolen carpet with monograms. Panels and joinery are made of solid cherry wood and have inserts of poplar root.
